With this unit, we are offering a spacious, 2-bedroom, 1- bath ground level, new white shaker-style kitchen cabinets, granite counters, LED lighting, stainless steel appliances plus stacked washer and dryer, glass French doors leading to a private deck and fenced in back yard. Rent is $1499 plus an additional $80 WSG.

We offer a 12-month lease option for our new move-ins.

Application fee is $25 per adult when paid in the office/$30 per adult when paid online (has extra $5 processing fee)

Deposit on this unit is $700+ depending on rental and credit history.

We also have a non-refundable admin fee of $100.

We allow pets up to 25lbs.

There is a pet deposit of $500 for 1 pet and $750 for 2 pets.

Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.

We do not use recycled screenings.
