With this unit, we are offering a spacious, 2-bedroom 1-bath, featuring updated honey colored, soft-close cabinetry, plus the stainless steel appliances add a modern touch to the space, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Rent on this unit is $1250.00 plus an additional $80.00 for water/sewer/garbage.

We offer a 12-month lease option for our new move-ins.

Application fee is $25 per adult when paid in the office/$30 per adult when paid online (has extra $5 processing fee)

Deposit on this unit is $600+ depending on rental and credit history.

We also have a non-refundable admin fee of $100.

We allow pets up to 25lbs.

There is a pet deposit of $500 for 1 pet and $750 for 2 pets.

Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.

We do not use used or Recycled screenings.
